Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Instructions

A. Important notice: exclusion of the right of withdrawal for dated tickets
Tickets for Mega Jump Park are booked for a specific date and time slot. They are therefore services in the area of leisure activities provided for a specific period.
For such contracts, there is NO statutory right of withdrawal under Art. 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Consumers therefore cannot withdraw from the contract after conclusion. Our voluntary goodwill arrangements (rebooking, refunds in case of park closure, hardship rules) are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
 
B. Withdrawal instructions for contracts without a specific date (e.g. vouchers, merchandise)
To the extent that you, as a consumer, conclude a contract that does not fall under the above exclusion — in particular when purchasing undated gift vouchers, online products or merchandise — the following statutory right of withdrawal applies:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (for services) or from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods (for goods).

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Special notice for services
If you requested the provision of services to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Premature lapse of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal lapses prematurely if we have fully performed the service and started performance only after you gave your express prior consent and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.
