Each Mega Jump Park ticket includes 90 minutes of jumping, playing, and unlimited fun — plenty of time to enjoy the full experience.
Don’t worry, you can still enter. However, please note that your playtime starts at the time stated on your ticket. If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened accordingly. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot for a smooth check-in.

The quickest entry is with a pre-booked online ticket. That way, you can skip the line and head straight to check-in. Please still arrive 30 minutes before your session starts.
Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted. However, Mega Jump Park provides its own dining area where you can relax and take a break.
If you added the cancellation service when purchasing your tickets, you can request a full refund up to 24 hours before your booked time. Simply email: hello@megajumppark.eu
Yes, Mega Jump Park is an outdoor inflatable park. If we have to cancel operations due to weather conditions, you can reschedule your ticket for another day or receive a full refund. For rescheduling or refund requests, please email: hello@megajumppark.eu
Yes. Socks are mandatory throughout the park. Grip socks are available on-site (€4 per pair) and can be reused if washed. You’re also welcome to bring your own grip socks from other brands.
Pregnant women get free admission and do not need a ticket. However, for safety reasons, access to the inflatable areas is not permitted.
