Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Principle
Mega Jump Park tickets are booked for a specific date and time slot. As explained in our GTC and withdrawal instructions, no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to such tickets (Art. 103(l) Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 / Art. 16(l) Directive 2011/83/EU).
As a matter of customer service, however, we grant the following goodwill and refund arrangements.
2. Rebooking (goodwill)
(1) You may rebook your ticket to another date or another slot free of charge within the following deadlines:

Up to 48 hours before the originally booked appointment: free of charge.

Between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment: against a handling fee of €3.00 per ticket.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment: rebooking is no longer possible unless exceptional circumstances apply (see No. 4).
(2) Rebookings are subject to availability. There is no entitlement to a specific follow-up date.
(3) Please request rebooking by e-mail to Info@mayinvest.de stating your order number.
3. Refund upon cancellation by the customer (goodwill)
(1) Refund of the ticket price upon cancellation by the customer is only provided in the hardship cases set out below.
(2) Outside the hardship rules we offer, as an alternative, an indefinitely valid voucher in the amount of the ticket price already paid, provided the cancellation is made in writing (e-mail) at least 24 hours before the appointment.
4. Hardship and special arrangements
(1) In the following cases we will refund the full ticket price to the original payment method, provided you inform us before the appointment with appropriate evidence:
-
Sudden serious illness of the ticket holder or a travelling family member (against presentation of a medical certificate).

Death in the close family (presentation of a death certificate).
-
Officially imposed travel restrictions making arrival impossible.

Cancellation of the outbound or return flight, where this makes the park visit impossible (evidence by the airline's confirmation).
(2) The hardship arrangement is voluntary and does not create any legal entitlement beyond statutory requirements.
5. Refund in case of closure or reduction by us
(1) If we have to close the park, in whole or in part, for reasons attributable to us, you may choose between:
-
rebooking to another date of your choice subject to availability, or
-
a voucher for the ticket price, or
-
a full refund of the ticket price.
(2) In the event of only partial impairment of the park visit, a claim for proportional refund only exists where the character of the park visit is materially impaired.
6. Force majeure
(1) Force majeure means extraordinary, unforeseeable and unavoidable events outside the reasonable control of the parties, in particular natural disasters, pandemics with official restrictions, war, strike, terrorism, official orders or power failures.
(2) If a force majeure event occurs before the appointment and renders the visit impossible, we offer rebooking, voucher or full refund at your choice.
(3) Compensation for indirect damages (e.g. travel or hotel costs) is excluded in cases of force majeure.
7. Late arrival / No-show
(1) If a guest does not appear at the booked appointment or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the entitlement to admission for the booked slot lapses. No refund or rebooking will be granted.
(2) For delays attributable to us, we will extend the jumping time accordingly.
8. Refund method and time frame
(1) Refunds are made exclusively to the payment method used at the time of order.
(2) Refunds are usually initiated within 10 banking days.
(3) For refunds not attributable to us, we reserve the right to retain a reasonable handling fee of €1.90 per booking to offset payment provider costs.
